Lyle Morris, President

Leads the company with strong family values—built on trust, hard work, and integrity.
To ensure our value of customer satisfaction, Lyle is heavily involved in day-to-day operations, staying in close contact with the Production Team.
Originally from Rome, GA, Lyle first came to Raleigh while performing roof inspections for insurance companies. He fell in love with the area and a few years later he and his wife, Alexa, moved their family to Raleigh.
Lyle believes the key to long-term success for ERS is to treat customers how you'd want a contractor to treat your closest family member. How you’d want them to treat you!
Lyle's goal is to continue to build a team that embodies that vision.

Dylan Ebert, Vice-President

Works closely with clients to make sure they get the right solutions, great service, and a smooth experience from start to finish.
Dylan began his career in construction as a teenager, working summers power washing and staining decks. His passion for construction evolved into residential remodeling and renovations.
Dylan moved to the area while attending North Carolina State University in 2014 and remains rooted in the community. The authentic, family-centric approach to business drew him to ERS. Dylan looks forward to working with you on your home projects and renovations!

Emily Cottey, Office Manager

Scheduling coordination, office management, ensuring seamless operations from estimate to project closeout.

Kaz Ebert, Restoration Specialist

Works directly with customers to understand their project needs, provide product recommendations. and solutions.

Daniel Jang, Production Manager

Oversees project execution to ensure timely delivery and quality work. Coordinates teams to keep every job running smoothly and meet client expectations.

Hector Silva-Sanchez, Project Manager

Supports project planning and coordination to help keep work on track and meet client needs. Assists in ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
