Get to Know ERS Construction

ERS Construction has positioned itself as one of the Triangle's fastest growing residential general contractors. This achievement is the result of dedication to each project, a commitment to community, and a focus on surpassing customers' expectations.

Lyle Morris, President

Leads the company with strong family values—built on trust, hard work, and integrity.
To ensure our value of customer satisfaction, Lyle is heavily involved in day-to-day operations, staying in close contact with the Production Team.
Originally from Rome, GA, Lyle first came to Raleigh while performing roof inspections for insurance companies. He fell in love with the area and a few years later he and his wife, Alexa, moved their family to Raleigh.
Lyle believes the key to long-term success for ERS is to treat customers how you'd want a contractor to treat your closest family member. How you’d want them to treat you!
Lyle's goal is to continue to build a team that embodies that vision.
